FEATURES:

1. Combined structure is adopted in the machine, lock-bottom section is optional for users.
2. Advanced sychronous belts are used, teeth to teeth match, correct, smooth driving. The machine solves some defects for same machines made by other manufacturer such as: V-belt running, chain driving, fast abrasion, big noise, strong vibrating etc.
3. Imported inverter and on-the-line mechanical speed regulator is adopted to control the distance between two feeding paper boxes. Speed and distance between paper boxes can be adjusted at random according to different paper size, shape and quality.
4. Five paris of high abrasion-proof feeding belts with vibrating motor ensure continuious feeding.
5. Two groups of pressure can be adjusted in pressing section where the folded box can be pressed, so that paper box enters conveyor section smoothly. Mechanical kicking and counting devices are equipped, batch counting can be freely chosen.
6. The machine is adjusted by bidirectional screw stem, one operator, simple and fast.
7. High-tenacity belts especially used for folding are used in the machine, small extension ratio, often belt tension is not required, both sides are soft, strong workability, paper surface can not be scratched.
8. Reducer motor imported from Japan is used in conveyor section to ensure big output torque when pressing section runs at low speed. The glued paper box will not open after pressing section. The conveyor belt in pressing section can move front and back. It is easy adjustment when the machine works with long or short box.
9. High-standard, high-required parts are chosen to ensure stable service life for the whole.
